Ever been the victim of identity theft? Well, if you pay child support in the State of Maryland, it won't be of any comfort to inform you that InfoSpherix, the Maryland state governments preferred call center provider, is also the call center for the Child Support Enforcement Agency. I know you're wondering why this is a problem, and I'm about to explain. InfoSpherix has at least one person working in it's call center in Cumberland with a felony conviction for identity theft. When someone calls in to the call center, they are asked for their name, address, social security number, employer information, as well as other personal information. What more does someone need to steal an identity?
